Book One - Chapter Three Eternal Life in Christ In every age of history men seek to know the secret of life after death. All of us have only a short period of time on earth, and then we must face eternity. What does it mean to have eternal life, and how do we get it? The Bible gives us the answers. 1. Those who believe in Jesus Christ will have eternal life all others will know the wrath of God and will not have life forever.
2. The only way to reach God is through Jesus who is the path to truth and life.
3. That to know God and his son Jesus Christ means eternal life. To know them means to follow the words of God and his examples set forth by the one who was sent to us, Jesus Christ.
4. That salvation can not be found in any other name than Jesus, the same one that they had crucified and whom God had risen from the dead.

5. In Romans 3:23 it states that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"
6. The wages of sin is death but eternal life is a gift from God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
7. To receive him and believe in his name
8. Everlasting life through Jesus. Even though we die, we will still have life.
9. When we believe in Jesus we receive forgiveness for our sins.

10. God gave us eternal life through Christ so to have him is to have life and without him there is not.
11. The gift from God is grace which is achieved through faith not achievements. This was done so that we would not boast of them.
12. "I tell you the truth" this is his promise in that if you follow "hear" his word then you will not be condemned but will have eternal life.
13. Nothing can separate us from Christ's love. God sent him because he loved us unconditionally.

14. through his strength he will protect us from the evil one.
15. That who believe in the name of Christ will have eternal life.
16. He loved the world...every man, woman and child and it caused him to give (sacrifice) his only child so that whoever believes in Christ shall have eternal life.
17. God loves me for who I am unconditionally and my love and belief in his don gives me eternal life.
